Regulation of the Minister of Finance, which came into force this year, obliges large and small entrepreneurs to submit a combined report on VAT from VAT-7, VAT-K, and JPK_VAT. Starting from October 1, it must be submitted as a single electronic file.
JPK_VAT, which is submitted every month by VAT taxpayers, regardless of the size of their business, can be signed with a qualified electronic signature, a trusted profile, or using authorization data. The signature on JPK_VAT is provided by the person who prepared the report.
Starting from July 31 this year, you can only apply for the Polish Tourist Voucher (PBT) electronically through the PUE ZUS system. Future beneficiaries, including tourism entrepreneurs and public benefit organizations, must register using a qualified electronic signature, which is necessary for the application process and receiving the benefit.
Managing and storing employee documentation is often burdensome paperwork.
Since January 1 of the previous year, as a result of an amendment to the law, entrepreneurs have been allowed to store documentation in digital form. However, each document must be signed with a qualified electronic signature or a qualified electronic seal. This ensures credibility and provides a verified and secure way of document verification.
Starting from March 1, 2021, entrepreneurs will no longer be able to submit applications to the National Court Register (KRS) in the traditional paper form. Due to the amendment of the law and the ongoing digitization process, all applications submitted to the KRS from March of the following year must be submitted exclusively online.
To use the dedicated system, entrepreneurs will be required to use a qualified electronic signature or a trusted profile for identity verification and document credibility. Applications submitted in paper form will be returned.
